How do you ship & how quickly will I receive my order?
We ship using the most economical method we can. Sometimes that’s Fed Ex ground, UPS Ground, or USPS. All of our orders are shipped with 24-48 hrs from your purchase date. If you order after 4:30 pm MST on Friday, your order will not be processed until Monday morning.
Will I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
Not at this time. However, the laws may be changing. We’ll keep you posted if tax will be charged.

Can I delay the shipment of my order?
Yes. To place an order with a delayed shipping date, it’s best that you call us via the phone to place your order. Our customer representatives will better assist you with all available shipping dates.

Do you charge restocking fee?
We do NOT charge a restocking fee if your order is returned within 30 days. However, you must obtain an RMA# (return merchandise authorization) prior to shipping back any product. To obtain an RMA, please contact us at (800) 217-1114 and have your order number available. If your order was shipped more than 30 days prior, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
Will I pay for shipping back?
On all purchases over $499, we offer FREE returns. We’ll either email you a return label, or have the order picked up from your address. For all orders under $499, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
When will my refund be processed?
We process all returns within 72 hrs. However, we do ask you that you allow 7-10 business days for your refund to post back to your credit card.
