We ship UPS Ground. All of our orders are shipped with 24-48hrs from your purchase date.
Will I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
If you are outside the state of Colorado, you will NOT incur any sales tax.

Do you charge restocking fee?
We do NOT charge restocking fee. However, you must obtain an RMA# (return merchandise authorization) prior to shipping back any product. To obtain an RMA, please contact us at (800) 217-1114.
Will I pay for shipping back?
On all purchases over $499 we offer FREE returns, which we’ll either email you a return label, or simply have the order picked up from your address for your convenience. For all orders under $499, customer will be responsible for shipping back.
When will my refund be processed?
We process all returns within 72hrs. However, we do ask you that you allow 3-5 business days for your refund to post back to your credit-card.
